Our Approach to Women's Therapy

At Soul Wellness, we understand that every woman's experience is shaped by her personal history, cultural context, and life circumstances. Our approach is always individualised, culturally sensitive, and free from judgment. We draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and integrative techniques — adapting to what each woman needs most in each session.

Sessions are available in-person at The Soul Clinic, NSHM Knowledge Campus, Kolkata, and online for women who prefer virtual support.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Most clients attend weekly or fortnightly, depending on their needs and pace.
